We are open year-round, 7 days a week. Reception is available for guest enquiries during standard office hours or by calling the number on the website.

You can check rates, availability, and book directly on our website using the “Book Now” or “Accommodation” page.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM
If you need flexibility, please contact us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Bring personal items like toiletries (rooms provided limited toiletries). Linen and towels are provided. It’s good to get some grocery shopping done in the neighbouring towns like Walcha or Gloucester, but if you’re stuck for a meal, give us a call on the number listed and we will do our best to help you out! Small milk bottles, cereal and some breakfast supplies are also available at the motel.

If arriving after hours, let us know so we can provide access instructions.

Houses: Pets welcome for $20 per stay. Please add this to booking when checking out.

Motel rooms: Unfortunately, no pets.

Houses: Up to 4 guests per booking, extra guests $25 per person.

Motel rooms: 2 guests standard, extra guest $25 per person (Max 3 people)
Please do not exceed these limits for safety and comfort.

Visitors are welcome, but we ask that you inform reception ahead of time. Overnight guests must be included in your booking.

We accept major credit cards via our online booking system. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Please let us know if you have any trouble with booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please check our cancellation policy at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Reception is patchy due to our rural location. Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations.
