Cancellation Timeframes
We understand that plans can change, however, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
48 hours or more before check-in
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
Within 48 hours of check-in
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive (no-show), are non-refundable.
Fees
A $50 administration fee applies to all refunds.
Credit card processing fees of 2.2% are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
